Shipping policy

  1. The prices are exclusive of shipping costs. The final shipping costs will be calculated at the Checkout according to the customer’s shipping location.
  2. Our shipping service provider is DHL (for international) and KEX for shipping within Thailand
  3. Maximum parcel weight is 15 kg per order.
  4. We process and ship the orders, as soon as possible, but with the exception of national holidays and our holiday breaks.
  5. We use tracking in all our parcels. The shipments are sent without any insurance. 
  6. The customer is liable for any import duties or other fees that might be placed on the shipment by the destination country.
